Mr. Abhinav Kumar Jalan is the Managing Director of the Company. He is a graduate in Economics from the University of Texas at Austin, USA.

Mr. Abhishek Jalan is the Joint Managing Director of the company. He is an engineering graduate in Computer Science from University of Illinois, Urbana, Champaign, USA.

Mr. P.C. Das is a M.Tech ( Chemical ) MIE and the head of petroleum coke business at Carbon Resources. Mr Das brings over four decades of extensive experience in managing large scale manufacturing operations.

Mr. Mahendra Sharma brings over 3 decades of leadership experience to his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the group. Mr. Sharma is a respected leader and a strong pillar of the group.

Mr. Rajeev Takru has worked in the Tea Industry for over four decades in leadership roles, with operational experience over several areas both in India & overseas.

Dr. Johann Christian Leye is a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from the Technical University Clausthal, Germany. He has over 15 years of Industrial experience in material science and product development.

Mr. Seung Jong Lee is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in the mining and commodities sector.

Dr. Kumar Amar Nath is a PhD and is the Unit Head of the Giridih plant. His role involves managing daily operations and ensuring smooth operations of the plant while adhering to safety and quality standards. Dr. Amar Nath has extensive experience in various carbon industries.

Mr Devendra Prasad has over three decades of experience in quality management. He oversees the quality assurance and control processes within the Carbon Paste and Coal Tar Pitch manufacturing units.

Mr. Anand Agarwal is a Chartered Accountant with extensive experience of more than two decades in multiple areas. He heads the IT and Legal department of the company.

Mr. Zoheb Khan is a Chartered Accountant from the ICAI and Chartered Management Accountant from CIMA - UK. He has over 15 years of experience in Finance & Accounts.

Mr. Anand Jain is an experienced commercial professional with over 15 years of experience in sourcing and sales of Coal, Coke, Mn Ore, Feero Alloys and various carbon products.

Saikat Mukherjee is the Accountable Manager of the aviation business of the Company. He has extensive experience in the aviation industry and is a DGCA licenced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer with coverage on Learjet 45 aircraft, Bell 407 & 206 and Eurocopter AS355 Helicopters.

Mr. Artem Malamud’s role at Carbon Resources’ Dubai subsidiary focuses on exploring new business opportunities and developing strategies for growth. With over 15 years of experience in sales of steel, coal, and agricultural commodities he’s an important part of the groups future initiatives.
