    CARBON RESOURCES HK LIMITED was established on 30th May 2016 having its Registered Office Flat/Rm. OA – 15 3/F, Kaiser Estate Phase 3 No. 11, Hok Yuen St, Hung Hom, KL, Hong Kong and is engaged in the commodity trading business.

    CR TRADING DMCC was established on 5th July 2023 having its Registered Office at Almas Tower, 3rd Floor, Unit: A1-V3-03-03G, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. CR Trading DMCC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Carbon Resources Private Limited and is engaged in the commodity trading business. This is also the holding company for international assets.

    CR Advanced Materials: CR Advanced Material is a wholly owned subsidiary which will spearhead manufacturing initiatives into new products such as Silicon metal, Graphite Electrodes and Lithium Compounds. These green field projects are currently under evaluation.

ELPL is a wholly owned subsidiary of Carbon Resources Private Limited and acts as an incubator for foray into non-manufacturing new businesses such as real estate, aviation etc.

    Corporate Air Charters:

    ELPL has procured a  latest version of Pilatus PC-12 NGx aircraft from Pilatus Aircraft Ltd. Switzerland, installed with the latest fully automated engine Fuel Control. The aircraft will be the first of its variants to be delivered from the Pilatus factory to India. Our aircraft has executive interiors for Corporate flying and an additional  air ambulance option. It will be capable for landing and takeoff from short airstrips of 3000 feet in length an above, and can be used for flying to places like Barabil, Bokaro, Rourkela, Jamshedpur, and also to all Operational Airports in India under our own Non Scheduled Operator’s Permit.
